1½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup

Make It:

Add ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Double strain into an ice-filled double old-fashioned rocks glass.

Top It:

Garnish with chili or jalapeño pepper slices.
